Sie werden Teil unseres Professional‑Services‑Teams und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Anpassung unserer GIS‑Lösungen. Dabei arbeiten Sie an abwechslungsreichen Projekten und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Software im täglichen Einsatz optimal funktioniert.

Die Aufgaben der Stelle umfassen:

Implementierung & Anpassung unserer GIS‑Lösungen

• Konzeption und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer Lösungen auf Basis von VertiGIS‑ und Esri‑Technologien

• Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, internen Fachbereichen und der Entwicklung, um Anforderungen in funktionierende Lösungen zu überführen

Kundenberatung & Anwendungsunterstützung

• Analyse fachlicher Prozesse (z. B. Versorgungswirtschaft, öffentliche Verwaltung, Infrastrukturmanagement) und Beratung zu passenden Workflows

• Unterstützung im Betrieb und bei Fragen zur Anwendung unserer Produkte, inkl. Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen

Projektarbeit & kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung

• Mitarbeit in Projektteams bei Einführung, Erweiterung oder Migration bestehender GIS‑Systeme

• Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen sowie Unterstützung bei Change Requests und Optimierungen
