What Will You Do?

As a Functional Analyst at Capco, you’ll play a vital role in designing and delivering functional solutions that meet client needs. Your core responsibilities include:

Translating Business Needs: Interpret business requirements into functional designs that align with project objectives.

Aligning Teams: Guide technical teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of functionalities.

Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop detailed test scenarios and support testers during testing phases to ensure seamless delivery.

Client-Focused Solutions: Ensure all solutions are designed with a deep focus on meeting internal or external client requirements.

What You’ll Need to Flourish in This Role:

We’re looking for dynamic professionals who bring a unique blend of experience, knowledge, and motivation to the table:

Experience & Skills

Experience: At least 7 years of Consulting expertise, ideally in financial services or technology-led industries.

Languages: Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory (French is an advantage).

Technical Know-How:

• Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN methodologies.

• Ability to read and interpret code.

• Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).

• Testing & APIs: Experience building and managing test scenarios and exposure to APIs (knowledge of APIs is a plus).

• Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with cloud management tools.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

• A commitment to achieving high-quality results under tight deadlines.
