VML Consulting est le cabinet de conseil en transformation de l’expérience client de VML France (groupe WPP, leader mondial des services de communication et de marketing).

Nous accompagnons des clients grands comptes et acteurs de 1er plan dans la définition et la mise en œuvre de transformations stratégiques, au croisement du business, du marketing, de la data, de la technologie et de la créativité.

Structuré autour de trois pôles — Business Consulting, Data, Technology & Digital — le cabinet intervient de bout en bout, de la vision à l’exécution, avec une forte conviction : la performance passe par une expérience client réinventée, portée par la data et l’IA.

Nous recrutons un(e) Consultant(e) Stagiaire pour rejoindre nos équipes et découvrir concrètement le métier du conseil au sein de VML Consulting.

Vos missions

Vous interviendrez sur des missions variées autour de la transformation marketing et de l’expérience client, en accompagnant des clients grands comptes sur des enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels.

Stratégie

• Définition de stratégies omnicanales et de plans de contact

• Conception et refonte de programmes de fidélité

• Analyse et optimisation des parcours clients

• Élaboration de plans d’action commerciaux et de stratégies de mise en marché

• Réalisation de veilles et benchmarks sectoriels

Conseil opérationnel

• Organisation et transformation des fonctions Marketing, Ventes et Services

• Optimisation des processus et amélioration de la performance

• Accompagnement au changement (métiers et outils)

Innovation & transformation

• Contribution à des projets liés à l’IA au service de l’expérience client

• Exploration des opportunités digitales (ex : digital in store)

• Développement de nouveaux usages Web et Mobile

Votre profil

• Étudiant(e) en École de Commerce ou Master (gestion, conseil, marketing)

• À la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études / pré-embauche

• Une première expérience (stage) est appréciée

Vous êtes :

• Curieux(se) et motivé(e) par le conseil

• À l’aise à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français et en anglais

• Doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse et d’un excellent relationnel
