ニールセンIQ（以下、NIQ）はグローバルでトップレベルの市場調査会社です。商品販売動向データと消費者調査をベースに、消費者購買行動の包括的な情報 (Full View™) を提供し、クライアント企業の成長をサポートしています。2023年には耐久消費財の調査をリードするGfKと合併し、調査カテゴリーや地域をさらに拡大しています。市場のグローバル化が進むいま、最先端のプラットフォームを通じて、日本のみならず世界各国の緻密な市場データと予測分析、消費者インサイトを提供しています。

今回募集を行う Strategic Analytics & Insights部門は、当社の今後の成長を支える部門です。幅広い業界の企業からの要望に応じて、市場調査をベースとしたマーケティングソリューションを提供し、ビジネス課題の解決および経営判断をサポートしています。今回は、主に特定の一般消費財メーカー（日系の大手日用品メーカー）向け海外マルチカントリー調査の一連の業務をリードする 「コンサルタント」 を募集します。入社後は、調査プロジェクトのリーダーとしてチームを統率し、社内外の関係者と協業しながら調査設計から分析レポート作成までの一連の業務をリードしていただきます。またプロジェクトを通してクライアントのビジネス課題を把握し、その解決に向けたサポートを提供することで、長期的なパートナーシップを構築していただきます。これまでのマーケティングリサーチの実務経験を活かし、よりグローバルな環境でご活躍いただけるポジションです。

主な業務内容

入社直後

• 大手日用品メーカー向けマルチカントリー調査プロジェクトのリード

• 毎年継続的に行っている調査です。調査票作成、集計案作成、調査内容に関する関係メンバー（プロジェクトマネジャー、海外NIQオフィス、社内集計チームなど）との調整、結果分析と報告書作成、プレゼンテーション、など調査プロジェクトにおける一連の業務をリードしていただきます。
• 各成果物の作成はメンバーと手分けをして行ったうえで、最終的なレビューをしていただきます。必要な際にはマネジャーやエキスパートのサポートを得ることができます。
• プロジェクトの過程で、調整や途中報告など、クライアントとのやり取りも多く発生します。

• 上記調査に派生した、同クライアント向け海外アドホック調査（定量・定性）の企画・推進

※同クライアント案件が動いていない時期には、他クライアント向け調査の推進をお願いする可能性もあります。

• その他情報収集や管理業務• インターネット等を用いたデスクリサーチ、最新の調査ソリューションに関する情報収集
• 社内業務（受発注処理、請求書処理、など）

応募条件、求める人物像

応募条件、求める人物像

必須条件

• 民間企業での勤務経験 3年以上
• 市場調査会社でのマーケティングリサーチ実務経験 2年以上
• 海外定量調査の実施経験（マルチカントリー調査、オフライン調査であれば尚可）
• 法人折衝経験（クライアントやサプライヤーとのやり取りが発生します）
• 複数の関係者をまとめながらプロジェクトや業務を推進した経験
• PCスキル：Excel（基本的な関数やグラフ作成）の操作、PowerPointの作成が可能
• 日本語 ネイティブレベル、　英語 外国人スタッフと英語で業務の会話が可能（目安 TOEIC 850~）

• データ集計ソフトやSPSS等のデータ解析ツールの使用経験
• 部下マネジメント経験
