Customer Service Consultants in this role get to:
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products and application status through phone and email channels
• Guide potential borrowers through the loan application process, explaining requirements and documentation needed
• Handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring proper follow-up
• Identify and communicate trends in customer feedback to improve service delivery
• Data admin support by reading various documents and inputting information into our CRM and proprietary platform
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in financial services
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and multi-line phone systems
