In der Abteilung Professional Service arbeiten wir eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Als Teil unseres Teams werden Sie an spannenden Projekten im Bereich Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) arbeiten und unsere Kunden bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von CAFM-Lösungen unterstützen.

Die Aufgaben der Stelle umfassen:

• Projektumsetzung: Sie begleiten unsere Kunden bei der Einführung unserer Softwarelösungen – von der Projektplanung über die Implementierung bis hin zur Abnahme.

• Anforderungsanalyse: Sie analysieren Kundenanforderungen und entwickeln passgenaue Lösungen, Konzepte und Schnittstellen.

• Implementierung: Die Implementierung und Anpassung unserer CAFM-Lösung VertiGIS FM liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung.

• Wissensvermittlung: Sie führen Schulungen, Workshops und Trainings durch, um unsere Kunden optimal zu unterstützen.

• Weiterentwicklung: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Partnern entwickeln Sie bestehende Lösungen kontinuierlich weiter.
