Consultant AI Governance (m/f/d)

What we look for::
• You support clients in building and improving AI governance frameworks across policy, risk, security, and operational controls.
• You help assess AI use cases, identify risk implications, and structure governance requirements for generative AI, machine learning, and emerging agentic AI workflows.
• You translate regulatory, security, and internal control requirements into practical recommendations, templates, and decision criteria.
• You contribute to governance reviews, control assessments, and documentation for high-impact AI initiatives.
• You work with interdisciplinary teams across strategy, tech, data, legal, and security to support AI-enabled transformation projects.
• You prepare analyses, workshops, and management-ready materials to help clients make clear decisions on responsible AI adoption.
• You support the development of internal best practices, reusable assets, and client-facing offerings in AI governance and AI risk.

What we require::
• You have 2–3 years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, digital risk, or a related consulting or in-house role.
• You have a solid understanding of key AI risk topics such as security, privacy, bias, explainability, model oversight, and third-party risk.
• You are interested in how organizations can scale AI in a controlled way without slowing down innovation unnecessarily.
• You can structure complex topics clearly and turn analysis into pragmatic recommendations.
• You communicate confidently in English and work well with both business and technical stakeholders.
• You bring a hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style.
• You are fluent in English.
