Consultancy Operations Assistant

We are looking for a ​Consultancy Operations Assistant​ for our location in ​Barcelona, Spain​.

Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage).

The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to:

• Support financial processes (timesheets, invoicing follow-up, budget tracking);

• Manage and maintain operational SharePoints and internal master sheets, ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation control;

• Provide administrative and project support, including tracking deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements;

• Review and validate employee timesheets in line with contractual rules;

• Organise document exchange processes with customer, ensuring traceability and compliance;

• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items;

• Provide administrative support to employees on customer premises;

• Act as backup Business Trips Coordinator, ensuring continuity in travel management and related processes when required.
