🏢 Tipologia: Full Time – 100% in sede

🕘 Orario: 09:00 – 18:00 | Lunedì – Venerdì (Weekend libero)

💰 Retribuzione: 80.000 ALL netti al mese + bonus variabile illimitato (senza cap)

• Presentare e negoziare le offerte ai clienti, evidenziando benefici economici e vantaggi concreti dei sistemi fotovoltaici.
• Gestire hot leads qualificati forniti dal team Pre-Sales.
• Seguire l’intero ciclo di vendita: dal primo contatto fino alla firma del contratto.
• Valutare l’idoneità dei clienti ai nostri prodotti e servizi.
• Aggiornare e monitorare le attività nel CRM aziendale.
• Mantenerti costantemente aggiornato su prodotti, incentivi e trend del settore energetico.

• Spiccate capacità commerciali e orientamento alla chiusura.
• Ottima organizzazione e gestione autonoma del tempo.
• Italiano fluente (livello eccellente scritto e parlato).
• Esperienza nella vendita, preferibilmente telefonica.
• Mentalità orientata a obiettivi qualitativi e quantitativi.
