The Construction Structural Supervisor coordinates all construction activities related to various disciplines, facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, ensuring they are carried out in compliance with the project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring that all construction & commissioning activities of your discipline are carried out at site according to the approved plans, specifications and project schedule, in compliance with HSSE & Quality regulations and standards.
• Supervise the daily operations of your discipline at site including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage and ensure the site team is working with latest project drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Check that rotating equipment has the correct lubricants (if any) and that equipment is preserved as per specifications and procedures. [for rotating equipment supervisor].
• Check the foundations/supports and anchor bolts for correct location and elevations, as per structural drawing. [for steel structural supervisor].
• Check torque settings on anchor bolts and bolted joints to main structure to ensure compliance with the specifications. [for steel structural supervisor]. 
• Verify that relevant completed works are executed according to project schedule and budget, highlighting any deviations and suggesting recovery actions. 
• Keeping daily records of manpower and events and report if manpower levels affect the schedule
• Witness any construction and pre-commissioning tests and endorsing (verifying and signing) the relevant quality check sheets, as required by Quality Control Plan.

• Assure work punch lists are properly detected, integrated within the mechanical completion master punch list and cleared.
• Enforce HSSE protocols and procedures to ensure all construction activities comply with company regulations and standards.
• Coordinate between the construction team, project management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues or conflicts.
• Provide guidance and resolving challenges to achieve seamless transitions and handovers.
• Implement changes to the construction plan or scope, assessing impacts on the project.
• Prepare and submit reports to the project management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Technical college diploma or bachelor’s degree or in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, with strong understanding of construction & commissioning management processes in the relevant discipline.
