Job Responsibilities:
Leads field team members and sub-contractors to achieve completion of multiple projects on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to all original plans and specifications.
Pays strict attention to details and sees all projects through to completion while continuously searching for ways to solve problems, improve processes, and provide exceptional service to all customers.
Maintains work sites, tools, and equipment with strict compliance to safety and company policies.
Provides daily project status reports to supervisors, site engineers, and division leads.
Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the home building process.
Prepare, approve, and submit accurate timesheets and other required paperwork.
Any other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to read and understand construction plans is required.
Experience in residential construction is required, with a preference given to leadership experience.
Degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
Valid Driver License is required.
