Job Description

The Construction Superintendent oversees all on-site operations for multi-family construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget objectives are met. This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and effective communication with project management teams to deliver high-quality residential developments.

Salary: $105-155k/yr

Responsibilities: :
• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure timely project completion.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship, ensuring all construction meets plans, specifications, and local codes.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to manage schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Resolve on-site issues, delays, or conflicts to maintain project momentum.
• Oversee inspections and ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures.
