Construction Superintendent (General Contracting)

The Superintendent oversees day-to-day field operations for multifamily and general contracting projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. This role manages subcontractors, coordinates site activities, and serves as the primary field leader for delivering successful project execution.

Responsibilities: :
• Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities for multifamily and general contracting projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Maintain the project schedule, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to keep work on track.
• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate clearly with project managers and stakeholders.
• Enforce company and OSHA safety standards; conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
• Document daily progress through daily reports, photos, RFI tracking, and schedule updates.
• Ensure all work meets multifamily building codes, local regulations, and inspection requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with inspectors, owners, architects, and engineering teams.

Requirements::
• 10+ years assistant superintendent or superintendent experience
• Experience with multi-family projects
• Experience with projects $10M+
