As a Construction Superintendent, you’ll manage all site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline goals. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
• 8+ years managing commercial construction projects in the field
• Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects, with strong MEP knowledge

• Experience in healthcare/pharma, higher education, or K-12 projects preferred
• Ability to manage budgets, labor schedules, and project progress efficiently
• Willingness to travel within Illinois, Indiana, and surrounding states as required
