CPM Builders is seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Coordinator to support high-end commercial and luxury retail interior projects. This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in creating organized, compliant, and hazard-free jobsites while supporting project teams in the field.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Monitor daily jobsite safety compliance and enforce OSHA standards
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety meetings
• Identify hazards and implement corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation, reports, and incident records
• Coordinate training, toolbox talks, and safety orientations
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to promote a strong safety culture

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in construction safety coordination
• OSHA knowledge and strong understanding of jobsite safety regulations
• Experience in commercial construction and interior buildouts preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Proficiency in computers, Outlook, and Microsoft Office programs

• Must reside in South Florida
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
