Construction Project Scheduler
Onsite - Medford, OR (Relocation Assistance)
Base Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (DOE)

Position Overview
The Construction Scheduler will be the primary owner of scheduling for active projects, partnering closely with approximately 15 Superintendents and the Operations team. This is a hands-on, field-connected role responsible for building, maintaining, and improving schedules across a wide variety of project types.
We are seeking a professional who understands construction sequencing, can identify risk before it becomes a problem, and is comfortable balancing office planning with regular jobsite interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project
Support ~15 Superintendents with sequencing, look-ahead planning, and schedule updates
Conduct regular jobsite visits to validate progress and adjust schedules accordingly
Own scheduling responsibilities across multiple concurrent projects
Partner with Operations leadership on planning strategy and execution
Assist with bids and proposals from a scheduling perspective
Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation or recovery plans
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership
Provide clear, actionable schedule reporting to stakeholders
Help elevate scheduling standards and processes across the company
Must-Have Qualifications
5–10+ years of construction scheduling or project controls experience
Proven ability to build and manage schedules in Microsoft Project
Experience working directly with Superintendents and field teams
Multi-project environment experience
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and critical path logic
Ability to identify schedule risk and propose practical solutions
Comfortable in an onsite role with frequent jobsite presence
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience with Primavera P6
Background with large General Contractors
Exposure to $50M–$200M projects
Deep scheduling-focused career path
Ability to mentor others on scheduling tools and best practices
Experience across multiple project types
