We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee scaffolding and access system projects across the East Coast. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through execution, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time delivery across multiple job sites. The position supports industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects requiring temporary access solutions. This is a strong fit for someone who understands field operations, logistics, and safety within scaffolding or related construction environments.
Responsibilities
• Manage scaffolding and access system projects from preconstruction through completion across multiple East Coast locations
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors to ensure safe and efficient project execution
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple active jobs
• Oversee material logistics, equipment allocation, and mobilization/demobilization planning
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements
• Review project drawings, site conditions, and scope requirements to support accurate execution
• Track project performance, costs, and progress while identifying risks and implementing solutions
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and client updates
• Communicate regularly with clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment
• Travel to job sites as needed to support project oversight, issue resolution, and team coordination
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in scaffolding, industrial services, or construction project management
• Strong understanding of scaffolding systems, temporary access solutions, and jobsite safety requirements
• Experience managing multi-site or regional construction projects with travel responsibilities
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance in industrial or commercial environments
• Ability to read construction drawings, site plans, and project specifications
• Experience with project management tools, scheduling software, and cost tracking systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate field and office teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
