Salary: $100,000 - 130,000/year
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, and wastewater construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and regulatory agencies
• Oversee subcontractor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality requirements
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Monitor job costs and implement cost control strategies to maintain profitability
• Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to track progress and resolve issues
• Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews
• Ensure wastewater and industrial systems are installed in accordance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, as-builts, and final documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Proven experience with industrial and/or wastewater treatment plant construction
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, civil, and process systems related to wastewater infrastructure
• Experience managing projects involving pumps, pipelines, treatment systems, and concrete structures
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and cost control
