CPM Builders is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end luxury retail interior projects across the East Coast, with a strong focus on Florida markets.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering premium spaces with precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and field teams
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality control
• Ensure projects meet brand standards and exceed client expectations
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously in active retail environments

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
