Construction Project Manager (Commercial Projects)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with 5+ years of commercial construction experience to lead and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope.

Salary: $100,000-125,000/year

Responsibilities: :
• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and track progress against milestones

• Oversee project budgets, cost controls, and change order management

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance

• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders

Requirements::
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects (e.g., office buildings, retail, healthcare, multifamily, or industrial)

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with project management software
