AECOM Hunt is looking to add a Construction Project Management Director to our team of professionals in Sacramento, CA.
• Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre-construction phase to completion and is the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. 
• Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. 
• Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout. 
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.

Minimum Requirements:
• BS and 12 years of construction project management or AA/AS and 14 years of relevant experience or HSD and 16 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 12 years of experience in Construction Project Management from a large general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of local construction code, permitting, etc.
• Prior experience in project management on construction projects in excess of 1MM.
• Experience in scheduling, vendor management, client relations, problem resolution through close-out on large construction projects. 
• OSHA 10. 
• This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future.
• Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
• This position is not hybrid nor remote.
• For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
