What You Will Own

Reporting directly to a Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering successful projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing RFIs from drafting through response tracking

Leading the submittal and procurement process

Supporting project buyout and general conditions management

Maintaining three week look ahead schedules

Coordinating with Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors

Monitoring subcontractor performance and schedule compliance

Supporting site safety initiatives and documentation

Assisting with budget tracking and cost management

Supporting punch list and closeout efforts

You will not be siloed. You will be involved in the full lifecycle of the project so you develop the skills required to run your own jobs in the future.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field

1 to 4 years of experience in commercial construction

Organized, proactive, and detail oriented

Strong communicator who works well with field and office teams

Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems

Familiar with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction scheduling software

Experience in public works or education projects is a plus.

You must be able to pass a background check and LiveScan where required.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary: $90,000 to $125,000 depending on experience
