Deine Aufgaben:
Als Construction Project Consultant unterstützt du unsere Projektteams bei der technischen Umsetzung unserer Neubau Hotelprojekte im DACH-Raum und darüber hinaus. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen – immer mit dem Ziel, funktionale, effiziente und gastfreundliche Räume zu schaffen.

• Eigenständige Planungen, Prüfung von Planungsunterlagen auf technische Machbarkeit und gestalterische Standards
• Mitwirkung an Sonderprojekten wie dem B&B Design
• zeichnerische Standardisierung von Design-Elementen
• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der internen CAD- und Materialbibliotheken
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung funktionaler Baubeschreibungen eines B&B Hotels
• Koordination des Planlaufs und Abstimmung mit Architektur- Design und Ingenieurbüros
• Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen und im Vergabeprozess für FF&E , F&B
• Recherche und Abstimmungen in detaillierten Fragen von allfälligen Normen und Richtlinie, ESG und CSR

Das bringst du mit:
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im technischen oder planerischen Bereich, z. B. Bautechniker, Bauzeichner, Holztechniker oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung in Planung, Projektunterstützung oder Innenausbau wünschenswert

• Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Tools (z. B. AutoCAD) und MS Office

• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Organisationstalent

• Technisches Verständnis, Teamfähigkeit und ein gutes Auge für funktionale Lösungen

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Projektbesuchen innerhalb Europas
