To support our global workplace projects, we’re looking for a Construction Procurement Specialist. You’ll play a key part in selecting the right partners, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring our projects deliver long-term value. You’ll work closely with project teams and internal stakeholders to support efficient, transparent, and well-structured procurement across our global portfolio.

In this role, you will:

• Own end-to-end procurement activities for construction, fit-out, renovation, and related technical services.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Project Execution and Delivery, Office Administration, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, to understand project requirements and timelines.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants – general contractors, architects, project managers, specialist consultants, etc.

• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, and tenders, ensuring fair and structured vendor selection.

• Develop clear comparative analyses to support internal decision-making.

• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing models, and contracts in collaboration with the Legal and Project Execution and Delivery teams.

• Monitor supplier performance and compliance, as well as contractual obligations throughout the project life cycle.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

• Maintain procurement systems, documentation, reporting, and market insights related to construction spend.

We’ll be happy to have you on the team if you have:

• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing within construction or real estate projects.

• A solid understanding of construction procurement processes, contract types, and supplier markets.

• Hands-on experience with tendering, negotiations, and contract management.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.

• A proactive mindset and are comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your tasks.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken), with additional languages being a plus.

• Experience in an international or multi-site environment.

• Familiarity with sustainability, ESG, or responsible sourcing practices in construction.
