We are hiring a Construction Operations Engineer to drive end-to-end on-site execution for our building project in Hisar. This role is focused on converting technical plans into high-quality physical structures through disciplined supervision, precise coordination, and proactive problem-solving.
You will serve as the on-ground anchor for construction delivery—ensuring timelines are met, workmanship standards are upheld, safety norms are enforced, and project progress remains aligned with cost and schedule objectives.

What You’ll Own
On-Site Construction Management
Lead daily construction activities across civil and structural scopes.
Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor progress across multiple work fronts and maintain execution momentum.
Identify execution bottlenecks and implement corrective measures in real time.
Technical Interpretation & Planning Support
Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings to guide site activities.
Assist in sequencing tasks, planning manpower allocation, and coordinating material flow.
Verify measurements and support quantity assessments for billing and tracking purposes.
Contractor & Vendor Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Facilitate clear communication to avoid delays and rework.
Resolve technical or logistical challenges that arise during execution.
Quality & Compliance Oversight
Conduct routine inspections to ensure work meets defined quality benchmarks.
Enforce adherence to construction standards, design intent, and internal quality protocols.
Ensure strict compliance with on-site safety guidelines and statutory regulations.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track material utilization, labor deployment, and daily output levels.
Prepare structured progress reports and highlight schedule deviations or risk areas.
Maintain comprehensive site documentation, inspection records, and activity logs.

What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial building projects.
Practical exposure to real estate or infrastructure site execution is preferred.
Technical Capabilities
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and site workflows.
Ability to independently manage execution across parallel work areas.
Proficiency in reading and applying construction drawings and BOQs.
Work Style & Readiness
Willingness to work full-time at the Hisar project site.
Candidates from Haryana or those open to immediate relocation are preferred.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic site environments.
