Location: Whitehorse, Yukon (Projects across Yukon, including remote sites)

Cobalt Construction Inc. is currently seeking reliable and hard-working Labourers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to work on active civil construction projects in remote locations across Yukon while being part of a supportive and safety-focused crew.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform general labour duties on active construction sites
-Assist equipment operators and skilled trades as required
-Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely
-Support site setup, material handling, and clean-up
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-Follow company safety policies, procedures, and site protocols
-Participate in daily toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety meetings
-Work collaboratively with crew members to meet project timelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Previous construction or remote camp experience is considered an asset
-Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
-Ability to lift 70 lbs or more
-Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
-Willingness to work rotational schedules (e.g., 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar)
-Ability to live and work in a remote camp environment
-Reliable, punctual, and safety-oriented
-Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred

Work Environment:
-Remote road construction and civil project sites across Yukon
-Camp accommodations and meals typically provided while on shift
-Team-oriented and safety-first culture

Experience:
-Construction: 1 year preferred

-In-person (field-based positions across Yukon)
