JOB SUMMARY:
The underground Utility Installer (Labourer) reports to a Lead Hand/Foreman to assist in the installation of electrical and underground utilities. This work takes place in outdoor environments.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work 5 - 6 days a week, 8 - 10 hours a day.
Manual labour to support underground utility installation.
Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
Dig, backfill, and clean out trenches.
Ability to operate equipment or willing to learn.
Complete ongoing maintenance of work area, trenches and equipment, ensuring clean and safe operations.
Perform miscellaneous laboring activities to support the installation of underground utilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Class 5 Driver’s License.
Ability to lift 75lbs.
7 months to 1 year of previous experience in construction industry.
Be able to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
Willing to work outdoors.
Wage: $23.00/hour
