About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer help maintain clean, safe and organized job sites. The position focuses primarily on construction site clean-up and material handling, ensuring the team can work efficiently and safely each day.

What You'll Do

Perform daily job site clean-up including sweeping, debris removal, and waste disposal.

Collect and transport construction materials and tools as directed.

Maintain organized staging areas for tools, materials, and equipment.

Assist with unloading deliveries and distributing materials to designated areas.

Ensure walkways, entrances, and work areas remain clear of hazards.

Support trades and site crew as needed to keep the project on schedule.

Follow all safety guidelines and wear proper PPE at all times.

What We're Looking For

Prior construction or labor experience preferred, but not required.

Strong Work ethic and attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50+ Ibs and work on your feet for extended periods.

Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
