Construction Laborer

We are looking for a dependable General Laborer to support restoration and construction projects involving water, fire, and property damage. This is an entry-level role with hands-on training and a clear path for advancement into technician and leadership positions. The role involves physical work, team collaboration, and responding to active job sites. This is a strong fit for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction or restoration.

Responsibilities

• Assist with restoration projects including water mitigation, demolition, and site cleanup
• Support crews with basic construction tasks and material handling
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials to job sites
• Set up and monitor drying equipment and job site tools
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads on daily tasks
• Participate in on-call rotations, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Work extended hours or overtime based on project demands
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project progress

Requirements:
• No prior experience required; construction or restoration experience is a plus
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime and be part of an on-call rotation
• Basic understanding of tools or construction environments is a plus

Benefits:
