Job Description

Clinton Engineering is growing! We are currently seeking reliable and safety-oriented Construction Laborers for a variety of field projects across the Clinton, IA area.

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in concrete forming, puddling, and finishing. Other disciplines performed include Epoxy Flooring preparation and installation. Depending on your work history, you can also expect to run machinery such as: Skid steers, AWP/Scissors lifts, rollers, excavators, and heavy trucks. No matter the project, you will be working alongside a team to ensure that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Physical Capability: Enjoy working in a physically demanding role, including regularly lifting over 50 pounds, crouching, climbing ladders, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements in this Position:

Possession of a valid driver's license.

Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.

Prior experience in steel erection, concrete work, or carpentry is highly preferred

The work hours for this position are Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with the option for overtime.

The pay for this position starts $20.00/hour, based on previous experience.
