Job Description

We’re hiring hardworking Construction Laborers to support residential and commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone reliable, safety-minded, and ready to work in a fast-paced field environment. Concrete experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, mixers, concrete saws, bobcats)
• Prepare and clean job sites; dig trenches; erect scaffolding; remove debris
• Assist skilled craft workers and follow on-site direction
• Position and secure rebar or mesh for concrete reinforcement
• Drive trucks or vans under 26,000 GVW for material deliveries as needed

Requirements:
• Construction or concrete experience (preferred)
• Ability to perform physical labor safely and consistently
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)
