Job Description

Field Engineer - BlueLine Construction

BlueLine Construction is growing quickly, and we're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals ready to start their careers in construction. This full-time, salaried role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and multiple career paths.

What You'll Do

Support pre-construction planning and site mobilization

Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers

Manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and documentation

Assist with procurement, subcontract drafting, and material tracking

Support QA/QC processes, inspections, and punch lists

Help with closeout packages and turnover documentation

Remains in compliance with the company safety program and attends all safety meetings

Travel and temporary relocation to project sites as needed

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or Construction Management

Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Positive, professional attitude

Ability to use basic Microsoft software as well as Construction Management software

Ability to work in field conditions (heights, weather, lifting up to 50 lbs)

Valid driver's license

Multilingual abilities are a plus
