Identify build challenges and propose alternative methods or materials to improve constructability.

Maintain and manage issue logs, RFIs, drawing clarifications, and variation requests.

Collaborate with design, commercial, scheduling, and site teams to align designs to field realities and maintain program flow.

Support value engineering workshops to review design and procurement alternatives for efficiency gains.

Participate in periodic site visits to observe constructability issues and generate actionable feedback.

Contribute to constructability-related updates in project risk registers.

Follow GTAA standards for airside construction: RAIC, safety protocols, and secure access.

Support handover readiness by ensuring drawings are constructable and meet as-built expectations.

WORK CONDITIONS

Based in Mississauga offices with frequent visits to Pearson site offices (airfield & terminal zones).
Full-time, 5 days/week, core hours 8:00–17:00 (1 hr lunch or per manager agreement).
RAIC and criminal background check mandatory.

Proven constructability review and value engineering experience in aviation or P3 projects.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across design, commercial, and field teams.
