Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic & Commercial Ownership
• Own overall consignment strategy and performance across all partner retail doors.
• Translate data into clear commercial direction aligned with company growth and profitability goals.
• Take full accountability for decisions related to sales, inventory movement, expansion, and store
• performance.
Sales Performance Management
• Monitor and analyze sales performance across all consignment partners. Evaluate sell-through and store-level performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive actions to improve sales, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Define, monitor, and report on key retail performance indicators (KPIs)
• Months-On-Hand (MOH): Maintain within 4 to 6 months
• Monthly Rate of Sales (AMS): Target an Average Monthly Sales of 200 units per door
• Sell-Through Rate (ST): curate sharper selections per door to maintain above 50% ST rate within 3 months
• Traffic Conversion: 25% per door
• Sales per SQM: Target Php10,000 per sqm per month
Reporting & Data Analysis (Core Responsibility)
• Personally build and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports using raw data from SM, Robinsons, and internal systems.
• Own analysis related to sales performance, sell-through, inventory aging, replenishment and pull-out recommendations, and store-level sales forecasting.
• Manage per-door profitability through Financial KPIs
• Gross Revenue: 200K Per door
• Standard Margin: 35% After Consignment Discount, Royalties and Manning
• Manning Cost-To-Sales: Must not exceed 15%
• Marketing/Activation Cost: 5% of Net Sales
• Inventory Variance: Less than 3%
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and actionable.
• Maintain full ownership of commercial analysis without reliance on other teams for core reporting.
• Prepare Consignment Marketing/Activation Plan aligned to company standard policy, submitted at least 1-month prior to any event.
• Reconcile unauthorized account deductions.
Inventory, Replenishment & Forecasting
• Lead replenishment and pull-out decisions based on data analysis.
• Build detailed sales forecasts primarily by store, with breakdowns by account, category, brand, and SKU.
• Work closely with the Operations team on initial inventory allocation and periodic physical inventories.
• Retain full ownership of commercial decisions related to inventory.
Partner Management, On-Field Execution & Accountability
• Manage and strengthen relationships with consignment partners and key retail stakeholders.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational execution aligns with commercial strategy and profitability goals.
• Identify on-field risks and opportunities and translate them into data-backed actions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Architecture, and external manning partners.
• Participate in PR and launch events for new store or corner openings.
• Independently manage priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Requirements:
Must-Have Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, commercial, or consignment-related roles.
• Strong preference for experience within sporting goods, apparel, or footwear retail.
• Direct consignment experience with full ownership of performance.
• Experience managing multi-door retail environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and analyzing reports from raw data.
• Advantageous:
• Experience in working with an international fast-pace apparel, sportswear, or fashion brand.
Technical Skills
• Strong Excel proficiency including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and multi-sheet analysis.

Work Environment
This role involves regular travel to partner retail locations across the Philippines.
