• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage regulatory programs and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of conformity assessment workflows, trade compliance, and documentation requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital portals; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Knowledge of trade compliance, documentation workflows, and regulatory standards
• Ability to work under pressure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
• Working knowledge of regulatory programs with high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to navigate complex regulatory framework situations
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between internal stakeholders, suppliers and e-commerce platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Electronics etc) Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business administration, Management, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of regulatory and conformity assessment programs.
• 2–4 years’ experience in business coordination, trade compliance, or regulatory services.
• Proven track record in managing workflows, client communication, and regulatory documentation.
• Hands-on experience handling compliance for multiple product categories (e.g., Cosmetics, Electronics, Softlines, Toys, or Hardlines).
• Deep understanding of international standards (ISO/IEC), regulatory framework , standards and certification schemes.
• Prior experience working directly with E-commerce regulators or marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon) is a significant plus.
• Proven track record in verifying test reports, technical files, and Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance portals; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
