Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Conflicts Attorney to join our team in a direct-hire, hybrid capacity. This role plays a critical part in protecting the firm’s ethical integrity by identifying, analyzing, and resolving potential conflicts of interest across a broad range of matters and practice areas. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical judgment, a deep understanding of professional responsibility rules, and prior experience within a law firm conflicts or compliance environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and values both autonomy and cross-functional partnership with firm leadership, attorneys, and risk management teams.

Qualifications:
• Must live in local to one of the location listed above upon application
• Must be comfortable with a 4+4 hybrid schedule (Remote Wednesday’s + 4 additional days per month)
• Completed Juris Doctorate degree
• Active and in good standing with the bar (any state)
• 1+ years as a Conflicts Attorney
• Experience with InTapp
• Aderant is a nice to have
