Job Description

Future Mobility Corporation is leading the next-generation technology innovation and integration for the global auto industry. FMC is searching for talented, self-motivated professionals to work in a free-thinking culture creating the next gen premium entry EVs with the highest autonomous technologies at our Santa Clara, CA facility.

A. Responsibilities (essential to the position)

To support international project teams in defining, documenting, changing and baselining project configuration items.

To maintain and continuously improve processes, working methods and tools, including configuration and requirements management by software (JAMA).

To be responsible for process and project tracking with JIRA.

To trace configuration changes and documentation.

To serve as the CM authority to ensure the CM process is introduced and implemented according to guidelines from the process owner.

To update the Requirement Management Database (JAMA) as needed.

To perform regular audits on JAMA and JIRA.

To provide continuous coordination of progress on actions, tasking, and issues.

B. Requirements:

1. Industry background:

· Essential. Experience of delivery of a complete vehicle or vehicle integration. Technical English and automotive terminology.

2. Knowledge and skills:

· Strong communication and people skills required; outgoing; attention to detail; ability to integrate disparate information

3. Education / Training:

· Engineering Degree is preferable but not essential

4. Competencies:

· JAMA and JIRA Software proficient; capable of learning new software packages quickly. Intelligent and bright. Well organised. Results oriented.

6. Preferred Language skills:

· English essential. German preferred. Chinese a benefit.

7.Working location:

· USA, UK and Germany
