Welcome:
As part of the founding team in Gothenburg, you will play a key role in building up our presence in Sweden. Together with a small, dedicated team, you will actively help establish INVENSITY as a trusted engineering consultancy in the Scandinavian market. You’ll operate with the freedom and mindset of a startup – backed by the expertise and structure of a global company.
What can you expect?:
• Ensure product integrity end-to-end: From requirements through design, production and service you make sure the right, approved configuration is used at all times
• Lead change: Collect and coordinate change requests, facilitate evaluation (cost, risk, compliance) and track implementation to effectivity
• Take ownership of document & data control, numbering systems, release states and baselines across PLM
• Training and supporting in configuration-related issues
• Optimize and govern workflows: Improve CM processes, data quality and traceability across Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain and Service
• Be part of the INVENSITY success story: Help building INVENSITY’s business in Sweden and work in professional, international teams
• Share and expand your technical know-how: Get onboarded to global organization's Center of Excellence and collaborate with technical experts in your area
Your profile:
• Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechatronics or similar
• 4+ years of hands-on product configuration management in a regulated environment (e.g., defense, aerospace, rail, medtech, automotive)
• Solid command of CM fundamentals: Baselines, revisions, effectivity, FCA/PCA
• Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 10007 and EIA-64 is a Plus
• Exceptionally organized and structured working style, with high attention to detail
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a strong desire to contribute to the growth of a new location and be part of a global team
• Business fluent in Swedish and English
