Configuration Manager

Requirements:
Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand current services, CMDB attributes, SACM process, License reconciliation process, discovery
• Design the CMDB data model in Marval
• Design the service mapping (CI-CI and Service-CI mapping)
• Work with Suppliers to get the CI data and ensure the updation of CMDB data
• Work with Suppliers to design the SW license management process and reconciliation report

Skills

• Resource with overall experience of 10+ years working in and delivering a multi-domain service ecosystem (including multi-supplier)
• Experience in conducting the CMDB assessment
• Experience in design of CMDB and service modeling
• Experience in handling the SW License Management including license reconciliation
• Hands-on experience on ITSM tool, Discovery tools, SW Asset Management Tools
• ITIL 4 Foundation certified
