The Role:
Wavelynx is seeking a Configuration Management Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for performing configuration management (CM) functions to ensure product performance, functional, and physical attributes are consistent with requirements, design, and operational information.
Responsibilities
Control engineering, manufacturing, and quality documentation, including drawings, models, part numbers, BOMs, specifications, schematics, test procedures, and work instructions.
Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Change Notices through the full lifecycle—routing, tracking, verifying completeness, and driving closure.
Establish and maintain compliance with drawing, specification, and document guidelines.
Ensure configuration compliance with ISO 9001 and internal CM policies
Work with manufacturing, design, and sales teams to ensure accurate BOM configurations, firmware documentation, and packaging specifications are released for builds
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in configuration management, document control, and/or engineering data management. Equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
3+ years experience with Arena PLM software
Strong understanding of engineering documentation, BOM structures, revision control, and change management processes.
Strong written communication and attention to detail; capable of reviewing and correcting documentation packages for compliance
Preferred Qualifications
CM certifications (CMPIC, CMII, or equivalent)
3+ years of experience with NetSuite MRP
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus eligibility for an annual company bonus program and merit increases.
