Role Overview
The Conference Producer supports the planning and delivery of conference content across SiGMA events, focusing on agenda development, speaker coordination, and onsite execution.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage their own tracks while working closely with senior producers and the wider events team. It requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
The role includes focus on Italian-speaking markets, so native Italian and strong English are required.
Key Responsibilities
Agenda Development:
Research and develop conference topics based on industry trends and market needs
Support creation of structured agendas across assigned stages or tracks
Assist in shaping session formats such as panels, keynotes, and workshops
Ensure agendas are clear, balanced, and aligned with event objectives
Speaker Sourcing and Management
Identify, approach, and confirm speakers within gaming and iGaming
Build and maintain a pipeline of speakers, including new and returning contacts
Manage speaker communication from outreach through to onsite delivery
Collect and manage speaker materials including bios, photos, and session details
Brief speakers on session format, expectations, and timing
Planning and Coordination:
Support full conference production cycle from planning to execution
Maintain accurate tracking of speakers, sessions, and deadlines
Prepare and update run-of-show documents and speaker schedules
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations to align content and delivery
Support sponsor-related speaking slots while maintaining content quality
Onsite Delivery:
Attend events as required to support speaker management and session flow
Handle speaker check-in, stage readiness, and timing coordination
Support moderators and troubleshoot issues during live sessions
Post-Event
Assist in post-event reviews of content and speaker performance
Track feedback and support improvements for future events
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience specifically in Conference Production
Advanced Italian and strong professional English
Experience working with speakers or managing event content
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable working across international events and travel when required
Experience in gaming or iGaming is preferred but not essential
