About You

You thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoy creating memorable experiences for every guest. With previous experience in Conference & Events or a similar role, you bring a strong service mindset and a hands-on approach to your work. You lead by example, motivating and supporting your team while maintaining high standards and a positive attitude. You are flexible and reliable, with the ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster in a busy airport hotel setting.

What You Will Be Doing

You will oversee on-site conference and event operations, ensuring each event runs smoothly and any issues are addressed promptly to maintain high guest satisfaction. You will deliver efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service, support the leadership team by assisting with mentoring and training the Food & Beverage team, and ensure all guest billing is completed accurately in line with hotel procedures. This role is hands-on and guest-facing, perfect for someone who enjoys being on the floor and part of a dynamic operation.

For guests seeking a productive environment, Aerofoil, our premium co-working space, offers a stylish and comfortable setting ideal for catching up on work between flights, hosting important meetings, or staying connected on the go.
