Located in Melbourne’s vibrant inner-north, we are a leading conference venue and leisure destination offering contemporary accommodation, stylish dining, and versatile event spaces in the heart of Preston. With 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets, our property caters to both corporate and leisure clients.

Easily accessible via the 86 tram and Mernda train line—both within walking distance—and with over 400 on-site parking spaces, our property is ideally positioned. We pride ourselves on delivering professional service, memorable experiences, and flexible solutions to meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele.

 

We’re seeking a passionate Conference & Events Sales Manager to champion new business opportunities and elevate our event success. If you’re a confident communicator with a strong sales drive and a love for creating memorable experiences, this role is for you.

• Proactively sourcing and securing new business across MICE and other key market segments
• Managing and nurturing key accounts with a personalised, solutions-focused approach
• Hosting site inspections and familiarisation events to highlight our properties and capabilities
• Converting enquiries into high-value bookings with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborating closely with our passionate team to exceed revenue targets and deliver outstanding client experiences

• Experience in Hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, ideally with exposure to MICE and Events
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships
• Existing networks within the corporate or events sectors (advantageous)
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude paired with a polished and professional demeanour
• Experience in lead generation, proactive outreach, and converting enquiries into results
• Full Australian work rights.
