Concur Expense Consultant

The Expense Consultant will be responsible for supporting the client’s key operations and business solutions. This includes analyzing, designing, and developing client information systems and specifications. The role involves specification/requirements, maintenance, design, build and test phases of systems and applications.
You will also provide technical support and analysis of infrastructure projects, develop upgrade recommendations, and monitor the impact of new products/services. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging applications, and assisting in testing, training, and operations preparation.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Concur Travel & Expense implementation and configuration

• In-depth knowledge of Concur configuration (travel booking, expense, reporting)

• Experience integrating Concur Expense with ERP, HR, CRM, TripIt, ExpenseIT, etc.

• Familiarity with fraud detection, risk, duty of care integrations

• Concur Expense configuration with Federal Travel Regulations

• Experience in credit card clearing process and implementation

• Strong knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation (FTR)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills

• Certified in Concur Travel Implementation and Configuration

• Ability to lead design workshops and requirements gathering

• Experience supporting system and integration testing, defect management
• US Citizen

Nice to Have

• Experience with E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) system

• Experience with GSA Travel reporting tools
