Concrete Mixer Truck CDL Driver – Northeast Louisiana
River City Ready Mix is looking for experienced and reliable Concrete Mixer Truck Drivers to join our exceptional team in Northeast Louisiana. If you have a CDL Class A or B license, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview: The Concrete Mixer Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to various job sites. This role requires operating technology-assisted delivery systems, maintaining equipment, and professionally representing River City Ready Mix in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a commercial ready-mix concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites.
Utilize the onboard delivery system technology for efficient and accurate deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment.
Professionally represent River City Ready Mix when interacting with customers and job site personnel.

Job Requirements:
Flexible and dependable availability – Primarily Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and occasional nighttime work required.
Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, senior leaders, and on-site customers.
Reliable attendance and punctuality – Early morning start times required.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
Prior concrete industry experience preferred.
Prior mechanical understanding and proficiency preferred.
Applicant Requirements:
Valid Class A or B CDL license.
Valid email address for communication.
Minimum of 1 year of recent commercial driving experience.
No serious citations for moving violations in the past 5 years.
No DWI/DUI in the past 7 years.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
A resume or 5-year driving work history is required.
