Concrete Lab Supervisor

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements, conducting all activities in a safe and professional manner.
• Supervise and undertake concrete testing in accordance with Australian Standards, NATA, and established lab procedures.
• Maintain lab equipment, arrange calibration, and manage concrete raw materials and consumables stock.
• Oversee daily concrete lab activities, provide instructions to the lab team, and maintain accurate testing records and data entry.
• Assist the National Technical Manager with testing and development work.
• Provide training to team members on concrete testing and OH&S procedures, ensuring a clean and hazard-free lab environment.

• Minimum 2 years' experience and in-depth knowledge of concrete testing, concrete properties, and sample preparation.
• Thorough understanding of concrete laboratory health and safety requirements.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in aggregate preparation and testing.
• Knowledge of concrete admixture technology and mortar testing.
• Excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong literacy, numeracy, and relevant computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Physical fitness to perform heavy duties (lifting, shoveling, etc.).
• Current forklift license.
