Concrete Finisher

Essel is hiring a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dedicated team! In this critical role, you will be responsible for the finishing of concrete surfaces to ensure durability and aesthetics for a variety of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and work with concrete mixes to achieve specific requirements for different projects.
• Apply concrete finishes to surfaces including sidewalks, floors, walls, and curbs.
• Use various tools and equipment to shape, smooth, and polish the concrete surface.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure the concrete meets the necessary quality and specifications.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and team members to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of forms and shoring as needed.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete finishing.
• TWIC Card needed.
• Strong knowledge of various concrete finishing techniques and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
