We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The Concrete Finisher will be responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete in various construction projects. This role requires knowledge of proper concrete finishing techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assist crew in execution of work, including demo, form, and finishing of concrete
Set forms that hold concrete in place for structures such as sidewalks, curbs, floors, and driveways
Meet daily production goals by understanding and performing all aspects of concrete operations
Monitor the effects of weather on concrete curing and take necessary precautions
Repair and resurface worn or damaged concrete surfaces
Ensure work meets job specifications and quality standards
Perform other routine duties as directed by the Foreman
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean job site
Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience as a concrete finisher
Valid Driver’s License
Must be able to travel to jobsites as assigned
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
