Concrete Crew Lead
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Crew Lead to join our growing team on projects in the Saskatoon region. This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who leads by example, works alongside their crew, and takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality work.
Reporting to the Site Superintendent / Foreman, the successful candidate will help oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate crews and materials, and support the successful completion of concrete and formwork projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead crews of carpenters and labourers in daily site activities
Support the Foreman/Superintendent with coordination of work and crew supervision
Assist with planning work activities and maintaining project schedules
Oversee concrete formwork installation and removal to meet project specifications
Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and equipment to keep work progressing efficiently
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout information
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements
Enforce company safety policies, OH&S regulations, and site-specific safety requirements
Conduct toolbox talks and assist with daily paperwork and reporting
Mentor and support apprentices and newer workers on site
Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively
Communicate professionally with site management, clients, subcontractors, and other trades
Perform other duties as assigned by site supervision
Qualifications & Requirements
Journeyperson Carpenter certification or equivalent field experience considered an asset
Minimum 3 years of carpentry and concrete formwork experience
Previous leadership experience as a Lead Hand or Foreman preferred
Strong knowledge of concrete formwork systems and construction practices
Ability to read blueprints and understand site layout requirements
Experience using power tools and construction equipment safely
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
