Role Overview:
As a Concierge/Valet Attendant, you will provide high-level customer service by assisting guests with parking, luggage handling, and providing local recommendations to ensure a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles.

• Provide guests with recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and services.

• Assist with luggage handling and ensure it is delivered to the guest’s room or event location.

• Maintain a clean and organized valet and parking area.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests' needs are anticipated and fulfilled.

• Ensure the safety and security of all guest vehicles.
